How we work.
Five phases. Principal involvement in every one.
Understand.
One to two weeks. We understand your site, family, lifestyle, budget, climate, future needs and construction goals. We don't start with drawings. We start with clarity.
Plan.
Two to three weeks. We study zoning, circulation, light, ventilation, privacy, vastu needs, structure and space efficiency. You leave this phase with a clear direction, not confusion.
Design.
Four to eight weeks depending on scope. We develop plans, elevations, interiors, 3D views and material direction. Every decision is shaped around comfort, beauty and long-term use.
Detail.
Two to four weeks. We prepare working drawings, technical details, consultant coordination and construction-ready documents. The design becomes practical, buildable and clear for site execution.
Support.
Ongoing. We stay involved through reviews, site coordination, design clarifications and refinements. Because good architecture does not end at drawings — it must work in real life.
